Dear friends,
What a bang this year has started with…. To start it off, the Broken remotes shot a video which I will post below. A little backstory: I showed up late to the shooting festivities with a bottle of cheap lambrusco and (cheap) truffles, only to insist Jonathan go to the hospital after his right arm seemed to break out in a rash at 3 AM. And just so we’re clear, the diagnosis was that Jonathan had created a turniquet with his leather jacket while playing the guitar a thousand times. Amazing moments in indie rock? Yes.
Jonathan’s arm healed and the Broken Remotes lived to see the glory of his leather jacket in full force. See below:
In other news, White Sea will be playing in San Diego this Wednesday… If you are free and in the area, we promise to rock your socks off. And yes, we know the “Casbah” was spelled “Cashbah”. It was an accident and I don’t know how to fix it. I’m sorry.
Finally, so many fun new things on the horizon for White Sea in the coming months. We have a video about to be released for Mountaineer, a remix EP with some very special artists on board, a collaboration with an incredible team of visual artists, and a couple remixes by White Sea that I am extremely proud of and can’t wait to share.
